Terms of service

  • 25% Deposit required on each order. Deposits are not refundable, set-up and disposals extra.
  • Lay-way cannot be cancelled after 1 week. No exchange, no refund.
  • Custom made FURNITURE has to be delivered, can not return or refund.
  • goods on lay-way require 15 days notice for pick-up or delivery. Special order must be picked up or delivered as soon as they arrive from the manufacturer.
  • There are no warranties or garuntee against wear and tear. All sales are final. No exchange or refund. All floor models sold are on "as is" basis.
  • We reserve the right to delay if shortage, or cancel the order of goods which are not available.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to inspect all goods prior to pick-up or delivery by carrier. Once goods are accepted and signed for in good order, no claims will be accepted. The only exception being the Manufacturer's warranty on the products.
  • Claims for damages must be made within 3 days, following receipt of goods and before goods are used.
  • Purchaser s responsible for PRE-DELIVERY CHARGES if not,, home or proper C.O.D. is not available for collection for arranged delivery date.
  • Full payment before delivery or pick-up with cash or certified cheque in store.
  • We are not responsible for any damage on pick-up.
  • All C.O.D. must be CASH or CERTIFIED CHEQUE ONLY.
  • We are not responsible for damage on private property while on delivery.
  • No exchanges, refunds or returns accepted if the merchandise does not enter through doors, basement, and elevator, Driver is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be placed in house because of narrow entrance.
  • Merchandise remains property of The Maple Furniture & Mattress until and unless paid in full by certified cheque or cash on delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery by usage of stairs (in APARTMENTS) and no refunds are given.
