Return
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchange
We have 10 days exhange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
An Exchange will only be initiated if the product has a manufacturer defect.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in same condition that you recieved it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of payment.
Free In-Store Pick Up/Return
All the online purchases will be In-store pick up. Just pay at the checkout and provide us with your information and you will be contacted when the item is ready for pick up(typically between 1-3 business days). Our store address is 60 Eddystone Avenue, North York. Our store pick up hours are:
Monday-Saturday 12 p.m - 5 p.m.
For faster return or exchange you can bring the item to our stor, if the item clears eligiblity then the return or exchange can be issued at the moment.
Out of stock items are subjected to alteast 3-6 weeks delivery/pick-up period.
